Robert Cray, renowned blues guitarist and winner of five grammy’s sounds live due to the distinct input of guitar/vocals like the worthy descendent of Bobby ‘Blue’ Bland, Otis Clay, Albert King and Otis Rush in one person. Since 1989 Jim Pugh, Kevin Hayesund, Karl Sevareid are to this day the existing line up without sticking to the traditional blues stories of love and sorrow it’s more trendy, rocking and soulful – however Cray is at root never cheating on his traditional genre – wonderful emphatically und absolutely convincing.
