nu kommer filmen, som beskriver historien om
dengang, da rock & roll strømmede ind over englands
kyst via pirat-senderen radio rock. det var en tid, hvor
bbc kun tillod at spille rockmusik i et begrænset
tidsrum i døgnet.
filmen er lavet som en komedie i stil med sidste års
mega-succes mamma mia. se traileren, og få dig et
godt grin mens musikken nydes af publikum, mens de
konservative politikere er dybt rystede. det er folkene
bag ”love actually” og ”four weddings and a funeral”
som også har lavet ”the boat that rocked”.
danmark har en lignende historie med radio merkur
– den første af sin art i verden, og dermed faktisk en
foregænger til radio rock.
filmen åbner dette års copenhagen film festival den
16. april. vi samarbejder med filmselskabet for at
skabe maksimal omtale af såvel film som soundtrack.
filmen forventes at sælge 200-250.000 billetter.
